Does anyone have an idea about what's going on here? It's really frustrating. Sometimes it'll shut off normally, but I can't tell or predict when that happens - it just seems to be random. I either have to stop the machine, or 'reset' it at which time, after it restarts, and I shut it off normally, it shuts down. I'll wait for a few minutes, but nothing happens. I run Parallels Desktop 9 with windows XP SP 3 for my work but for some reason the VM won't shut down I'll go to the start menu and click turn it off, but when it gets to the 'windows is shutting down' screen, it just stays there.
